Our Counsellors
Hi, I’m Sue Clough. I have a Diploma in therapeutic counselling and I practice a humanistic person-centred approach to counselling. This means that I view each person as a unique and individual human with their own story and their own particular challenges and way of seeing the world. I will be working hard to see the world through your eyes and understand what you are feeling. I have a wide range of experience in both online and in-person work. I came to counselling after a career in the hospice movement working with families coping with life-limiting illnesses. My experience of providing bereavement counselling has informed my understanding of identity and attachment to those we love, demonstrating how life events can impact our emotional wellbeing and ability to cope with tasks of everyday life.
